Really sorry Bear. Just shows how things are perceived and expressed in different places. I work in a diverse culture and within that atmosphere I am quite well up on what is and is not acceptable. PLEASE if I ever give offence through my ignorance of your background, culture or whatever, PLEASE point it out. and do not feel awkward about it. I am aware that at times the language and phraseolgy we use is not always acceptable to everyone else but we will only learn respect for others sensitivities if these differences are pointed out. My thanks also to Karrie for correcting me in a sensitive, non judgemental or threatening way. Look forward to talking to you both again soon.

Ya, we have them too, for the longest time, I just didn't know using the term "Pisshead" was wrong. And don't get me started on "Calling a spade a spade", lol.
LOL. Yeah and then there's "man holes", "blackboards", "blackboards" the list goes on and on. An Asian friend of mine will keep calling me a "honky". I know I'm supposed to be offended but I have no iea what it means so I'm not. Take care. X
