Yeah, inclusion by exclusion just doesn't seem right does it?

Having lived at jane and wilson, and jane and finch, AND jane and sheppard at different times over the years, I'm with the cops and the councilman on this one

Yeah, if it's being funded by be public, the whole public, cops included, need to be invited. What's the next step ... Black Lives Matter only allowing "people of colour" to parade?
