Streaming Video or Downloaded Video

I pesonally go with streaming video when I want a video now. But if I can't watch it rate then anyways I download it.

Quality is not that important to me.

So its a mix.

It depends what I am watching as to whether quality or speed is more important. Consequently I chose a mix of both.
