Re: Harper Halted

I don't think he read it, so I thought I'd put up some snippets:

Magnet for racists

* According to the neo-Nazi National Alliance Web site, several of its "activists" attended the Canadian Alliance convention and "found convention attendees open to discussing the issues of race, immigration, Zionism and the control of the media." Harper issued a press release claiming he "would not allow his party to be a haven for any persons who harbour these views."
* Architect of all those anti-immigrant policies that attracted members of the white rights Heritage Front to Reform.

Anti-immigration

* Conservatives' interim policy document refers darkly to focusing on attracting immigrants who can best integrate into the "Canadian fabric" (read mostly white, mostly Europeans).
* Refused to revoke the nomination of Markham
* Unionville Conservative candidate Joe Li for referring to immigrants as "garbage."
* In his own words: "West of Winnipeg, the ridings the Liberals hold are dominated by people who are either recent Asian immigrants or recent migrants from eastern Canada: people who live in ghettos, and who are not integrated into western Canadian society."

Shill for big business
# Suggested in a 1994 debate that employment insurance benefits are too generous and should be seriously reduced or eliminated because "this can create serious disincentives to upgrade skills, to work and to move to find work."
# Only party leader to oppose electoral finance reform ban on donations from big business and unions.
# As NCC president, took the government to court over limits on political donations from third
# party sources – namely, influential right
# wing organizations like the NCC.

For what it's worth, of course I read it. When you get an article that doesn't have such an obvious bias and slant, let me know. That article was only for wiping the dog kennel with, poor dog. There was no objectivity at all, and mostly lies. Case in point: The immigration point mentioned that Harper wants immigrants who can best assimilate into Canada. That "article" then of course took the extreme position that this meant only white Europeans. If one would care to actually listen to Harper, he has said that he supports immigration of all races who can best assimilate into Canada, you know, educated, with a trade, or skill, etc. I repeat: Any immigrant of any race.

The Nazi thing. Did you read Harpers response? He wants nothing to do with them, as do the vast majority of the cpc party. There are nuts in every party, yours included. Of course, everyone could be like the Liberals and just handpick or parachute candidates into ridings....oh yeah, that doesn/t work too well either, gets us stuff like Adscam and all those other nasty little things that cost us billions.

Your article is irrelevant and ridiculous.

RE: Harper Halted

Harper is a whack job.

I see he flip flopped today on trying to bring down the government. Here for story

I think the CPC is going to implode and it will be all Harpers doing or not doing, since he seems not to know what he is doing...................

Now it looks like he's too power hungry to take a chance...that he'd rather collect his cheque.

Having watched these guys for a very long time, I have to wonder if Harper hasn't tied up all of his strategists and locked them in his basement. Even Day had a better grasp of how to play politics than Harper seems to these last few weeks.

most of the article is quotes from Harper's own mouth, BA.

No it is not, but the "quotes" are twisted, just like the immigration thing i pointed out in my original post, so even that doesn't pass the credibility test. Your article is still irrelevant due to its obvious bias.

And Martin and Chretien are liars, thieves, and corrupt. They couldn't even handle their own party finances, but what the hell, "we'll just take some taxpayer money and get it under the pretext of keeping Quebec in Canada, that way, we will have enough money to run the election campaign. AFter all, Canadians are gullible, and won't mind". Guess they were right.

Well, according to you, that leaves out the Liberals, the Conservatives, the NDP, and I assume the commnunists, if they still exist. Who do you have in mind? :?

RE: Harper Halted

Actually, it's just the Conservatives and the Liberals that tied up with the Bilderbergers. The NDP aren't at all, and I don't think any of the present BQ/PQ are.

Actually, there has never been a member of the NDP, or the Bloc at a Bilderberg conference...in fact, you would be hard pressed to find a left winger from any country at Bilderberg...

Well, that leaves the NDP, which will never happen, so again I ask, who? The Bloc? Actually, their leader is the leader with the most credibility, he just wants to break up Canada, and right about now, I wish him luck. This country is so splintered its giving everbody slivers.
