What is happening is completely illegal. A victim of statutory rape cannot be held responsible
for the consequences of that rape. Seems simple to me.

I expect this case to be thrown out of court.

First the State declares he is a victim as a minor while another part of the government
issues him a warrant for fifteen thousand dollars does the right hand know what the right
hand is doing.
