China "Ultranationalist propaganda! Yay!
Well I love my country ,Canada has given me alot of oppotrtunity to live an "ultra"succsesful life and even though I have retired in China with my Chinese family ,if my country needs me I'll do anything to help it."

I seems to me that you can't decide to love or hate Canada, China. It looks as though you chose your nationalism as it suits you. Which is the "my" country to which you've refered?

I seems to me that you can't decide to love or hate Canada, China. It looks as though you chose your nationalism as it suits you. Which is the "my" country to which you've refered?
I was born in Canada. I'm told that's what makes me a Canadian.

Who should consider himself a Canadian ? I,do not think just becauase you were born in this wonderful land makes you a Canadian.It is only a biological "chance" that you were born here .Almost 50% of Canadian citizens were born in a different country and it was their "choice" to come to Canada and become a citizen of this country.
So here we have, a" chance " and a "choice".....So! Ask yourself a question ,"what have I done for my country , what have I given to my country without asking , demending a reward or a praise , what would you do if Canada was attacked by terrorists (like (9/11) what would you do ,would you defend you country knowing that you can loose you life (just like many of our brothers are loosing theirs , fighting the terrorists)at any time at any moment?What would you do besides sitting on your fat ass , staffing yourself with "Big Macks", that being the only way you know how to support the economy of your country while bitching at the government . WHAT THE HELL WOULD YOU DO ......"citizen"?

Mister, I dont't hate anyone or any thing, what would be the point . Canada ( the country, not the gov(s).) gave me alot of opprtunities and I took an advantage of it and become well off; you know why ...? 'cause I have "BALLS" something you and majority of Cnadians ain't got. .

What's wrong about commuting? Everyone commute. Look at those in Toronto who spend like 1.5 hour every day one a metro (and it's each way!). But at least New York has culture.
Yeah, yeah, the known path. Cling at least to something which you can call "mine". By the way, English language is spoken not only in Canada, but in the U.S., England, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand... Maybe you should think about other things which might make Canada so special... O-ops, I doubt that you'll be able to list them, they just don't exist. Like someone here said earlier Canada has no own characteristics, it's a human creation, construction, not a natural entity.
Taking my time to compile a list for you is out of the question. Realise that I was referring to your failures due to your lack of knowledge of proper English.
I always say multiculturalism doesn't work.. You just make the case even clearer. Canada, U.S., England, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand are countries of which you are obviously not naturally native to, because they were built by existing Western civilisations (Look up Europe or Europeans).
