I don't know, the way Martin acts he seems to be quite more right then left, especially with his history, but I don't mind him. I think some people take this "confessing, restitution, admitting" stuff too seriously. So what if he admits to it and says its his fault, would he have done this if he hadn't been caught? No, he would not have, so how does this make him any different then any other criminal. They both have the same goals in the end, to not get caught. I do believe perhaps a slightly midler sentence may be warranted, but no time in prison for stealing how much money? Just because he didn't physically go to a bank and steal it or rob a very, very rich man on the street doesn't make it any different, at all.
