Hearing expectations of the IPO to raise $75 Billion.
End of the day Elon Musk retains around 46% ownership and controls 79% of voting rights through a dual share structure arrangement. His deal calls for 1 billion shares providing a colony of at least 1 million people is established on Mars.
Seems far fetched and quite weighted in favour of Elon. Public offerings seem to be what he is good at rather than a return on the dollar of any company he directs so I'll sit this one out. Good luck to those braver than me.
