Something good Obama's stimulus package did

As in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act signed into law by President Obama in February 2009. Money from it helped to restore the District of Columbia War Memorial, the memorial to D.C. WWI veterans.

If you've ever visited it before now, you know it as the seediest and most run down of the memorials in D.C. But now it's not seedy and run down. It's actually nice now. I fully support this idea, so yay stimulus package.

Good to see it has done some good. The shame is that trillions were given away and half has yet to be reinvested in the nation's infrastructure (or so they say on TV news). But if that's the case then the government should take the money back and create jobs with that money. Otherwise, the wealthy will shelter it in tax free overseas accounts.
