I didn't mention the KKK.. i said that only 2 drunken freshman frat boys were chanting some inane learned slogan, without any real threat of violence, or likely even authentic and intended hatred.. since there ARE black member so SAE. I indicated were not given a fair hearing to put everything in context.. and the entire fraternity was punished and delicensed in a purely arbitrary manner by the President for the actions of a few.

I would be quite willing to say that the actions of David Boren were a product of the intolerance of Politically Correct norms, which allow no moderation or leniency or context.. and that it is a product of 'white man's guilt' syndrome that would not have been applied to black culprits. It is therefor was a blatantly racist act by Boren.. to save his job... which probably pays him close to a 1$million a year.

The former members of Oklahoma University’s disbanded Sigma Alpha Epsilon chapter are considering a lawsuit against the school, according to statements from the fraternity’s newly retained attorney, Stephen Jones.

I hope they do sue. This was such a blatant, abitrary and unjust overreaction that the University derserves to be sued. An that cowering fool Boren deserves to be fired, for incompetence.
