Plan to phase out free hospital parking for Calgary veterans under fire - Winnipeg Free Press

Can't really understand the big deal here. There is help for those that can't afford parking. Why should freebies depend on your chosen profession and not your need?

Agreed. I get free healthcare from the Veteran's administration, despite the fact that I make a lot of money. Need-based would make more sense.
