The extent of your racism isn't that funny.

what I am seeing is hatred directed at the woman for voicing her opinion concerning flying a mexican flag in ones yard rather than an american flag. True to left wing ideologue reaction, she has been fired from her job and received death threats.
Some people take freedom more seriously than a flag.

"Move to Mexico" what a telling comment, lol.

I think she's a little sensitive if she was offended by it.

Ok. Do this is all her fault, and the fact that she had lost her job and been threatened is justified for her inappropriate actions concerning a flag.

I am reaching this conclusion based on the fact that you have fixated on her actions and have completely ignored everything else.
Ya, I focused on her 'offence' to a flag, and attack on freedom of speech/expression.

I fly a Six Nations flag in my yard, along with a Support our Troops and Canadian Army flag, and yes a Canadian. Which I have flown under the Six Nations, or upside down on occasion.
Really? I don't really know too many people that think FN are "taking" anything away from society.
Oh stop lying, you yourself whine about what FN's take in funding.

Most people see them as disadvantaged and I don't see how that can be construed as taking away.
A lot of people see you as disadvantaged and taking away from the ambience here, lolz.

and there's the difference. For me, I understand exactly what she is feeling and saying. It pisses me off when I see an american only flag flying up here. It pisses me off if I see any flag fly above the Canadian flag. In Canada, if only one flag is being flown, it damn well better be Canadian. If a Canadian flag is being flown along with another flag, the Canadian flag damn well better be flown higher. I would expect the same in the states with the american flag being the prominent.
I get that, but I'd mock you to if you told me to move to Mexico, because I flew a Mexican flag and you would deserve it, in my opinion.

I really don't think you understand the importance some place on the flag.
I understand the significance, and place some importance in flags. But I also support burning them.

obviously not, since the woman in question is being crucified for her opinion and beliefs.
Ya, I can't agree with death threats or losing ones job, but people are free to voice their opinions about her, and I think she's an ***.

And yet another person that lost their job due to their own stupidity. It's bad enough that you tape yourself doing this, but to then send it out onto the internet? Dumb, dumb, dumb!

I think above all is the piece for me that takes it beyond a point where I can support her position. I can and absolutely would support a position based on a principle such as this. Whether I agreed with it or felt compelled in the same manner is besides the point. But filming that kind of a confrontation with her neighbours, doesn't matter if she never raised her voice, doesn't matter if she was polite, the filming and uploading of that specific video suggests an arrogance on her part.

The filming?

"Move to Mexico" was pretty funny.

"This is America" was pretty good too.

What would have made me pee, if she had said the land of the free and the home of the brave. She sure is brave. Don't seem to care about the free part though.

I guess because the decision to film the interaction was made ahead of the conversation. I mean, unless she had it completely scripted she didn't know how it was going to unfold. So the decision to film it suggest to me she was thinking along the lines of "well, I'm going to show them." Which is why I still think, irrespective of whether she believes in the principles in flying which flag where and when, she comes across as a busybody nosy neighbour who thinks she has a right to tell her neighbours what they can and cannot do on their own property.

Well I think a lot of people would say "**** off and get the hell off my lawn".
Meh, that's so low brow.

I'd start with constitutionally protected rights, and what freedom actually means. Like she's free to make an *** of herself on the net.

Mexican & American history are not the same things.

My Daughter-in-Law comes from Utah, and in her last high school history
class there where 40 students. Two of those students (including my
Daughter-in-Law) where not of Mexican ancestry. The teacher was
openly heckled and jeered in class regarding the textbook they
where using by many of the students in that class regarding American
history.

Assuming the story is true, what brought on this heckling?
