*BUT*... just so you know... if you knew anything about the penylthiocarbamide test you'd know why some things taste better and/or worse to Asians versus how they do to Caucasians.
They hate cheese... we hate seal meat and fermented Vietnamese fish sauce. Hatred of seal meat is why the Viking colonies in Greenland went extinct during the mini-ice age of the 17th century. They were in fact surrounded by Inuit eating seal while wondering why the white Norsemen starved themsevles to death.
Personally, I can't stand seal meat... too dark and too "gamy" (this from a guy who likes deer and caribou)... but Asians think there's something okay about it, and in case you hadn't noticed, Inuit are Asian (the Bedouins of Asia... kicked out up and over the ice cap because of their hyper-libertarian nature like how Arabs kicked Bedouins into the sands).
And now it is known that China is populated with people delighted by seal meat when properly prepared.
In case you didn't notice, the seal population is in no danger of extinction, and is an impediment to recovery of the cod stock.
