Scots celebrate a remarkable win to reach a World Cup for the first time since 1998

Almost 50,000 fans packed into Hampden Park in Glasgow tonight saw Scotland qualify for the World Cup for the first time since the World Cup in France in 1998.
A spectacular overhead goal by Napoli and former Manchester United midfielder McTominay put the Scots on their way.
The Scots have booked their plane to the 2026 World Cup in Canada, USA and Mexico.
