The fact of the matter is society is responsible for the cost of progress. I prefer
to believe its an investment in the future. No I am not a rabid environmentalist
but I believe we should be prudent in how we develop something, how we do the
work and how and who pays for it. Collectively, business, government and the
common man must be financially responsible for the outcome, therefore we must
be collectively responsible for the development and the ultimate outcome.
Doing things right has a cost but less cost than just doing something and then
worry later.

There isn't much we can do to be more prudent other than send tweets to the birds before heading out in the AM to do what needs to be done and done well.
