From what I understand the constitutionalists claim it is wrong only based upon it violates the 10th amendment regarding state's rights to make the laws for themselves.

I so much hope that he won't give into the dark temptation, just as Obama has done during his SHORT career. I may be a Left wing person, but Ron Paul makes sense to me on a lot of frontiers.
