Toronto Mayor Rob Ford will hold on to his seat in council for the time being after a judge today granted his application to suspend an order that would have forced him from office pending an appeal of an Ontario court's ruling.

I figured that would happen. Not that I really care either way but it's not ever really over until all appeals have been exhausted.

And with the speed of our court system he might be retired by the time that happens, lol.
