Yes they can be blocked and Harry Reid does block over and over. He's an obstructionist. Obama's lap dog.


Obama has had to veto only two bills because of his snake in the senate.
And the other snakes in the Senate.

I'm pretty happy with it. Being generally an opponent of government action, gridlock works pretty good for me.

The vote was pretty close so you can't say it wasn't a compelling motion.

Republicans just don't want keystone that badly and they don't know how to negotiate.

They want it real bad. But their hate for Obama overshadows logic. Besides which a number of them are making good money on the status quo.
