Corporate(ish), mostly. I work with corporations and investors, reporting on, evaluating, and making input to proposed Federal regulations, mostly Federal Communications Commission and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

So if you were to incorporate a company today, would you do it Delaware, Nevada.. where would you suggest, and why..

Company will be offering Internet Web Hosting, Domain Name Registrations and Web Design.

Just about anyplace. The legendary advantages of Delaware incorporation are mostly gone. Incorporate wherever's convenient for you. You're pretty much long-armed everywhere if you're on the internet.

Especially if you're starting small, google "Subchapter S" corporations. Simplifies things a lot.

I'm sure not one of them. My rates went up from $212.00 a month to $388.00 and now the provider is stating they will no longer do any more Health Insurance in this state. What next?

Republican voters who thought the Republican party would care about health care are idiots. The Republican party wants no government health care law. They want insurance and healthcare providers to milk sick people of all their money. They want sick people to go into debt and milk them on interest payments for the rest of their lives. And they want all that extra money to go into their stock portfolios and campaign bribes.

You say that like it's a bad thing.
