During the recent conference held in Hawaii for the Pacifc Rim countries Trade talks our President was almost totally ignored by Russia and a few other delegations. The Russians even passed up a had shake attempt. I wonder just how long it will take him to figure out why? He talks like he is having few problems if any with Foreign Relations. What Foreign Relations?
