It certainly seems to have been so far in human history. The Bible says, "Go forth and multiply" Humans have been multiplying other species off the planet ever since. Same with most other religions. Crowding everything else off the planet certainly isn't what I would call respecting them.

Humans have always had the gift of twisting words to meet their definition..


"Go forth and multiply" to a scientist can mean Clone or Scr_w the assistant.. Use a Test Tube or any other way to meet the statement.. To a Preist or Preacher it means don't use Condoms..

Your choice.. :lol:

It didn't work all that well in the OT, why would you thing following the simple instructions of the NT could be followed any better?
In all honesty wars have been fought for a variety of reasons not just some differences in beliefs. The Bible isn't the only document that is totally ignored when it comes to the proper way to do a certain thing.

My reply was to post #81, the post just above mine was probably made while I was typing. I have no comment for that one since it was not a point I brought up. Following God's instructions in the OT, Jews failed to do so and God had them evicted from His land. Christian can't be evicted, that doesn't mean they aren't doing the same misdeeds that got all the Tribes removed by Neb and taken to Babylon.
