I sure hope they do that up well. I’m not a fan of monarchy, but if there must be one she was the exemplar of how to do it. She was the sovereign my whole life until her passing and a classier, more dedicated and selfless performance we’ll never see.
Well there are many statues and other memorials for other monarchs so it would be bizarre to not have one for our longest-reigning one.
She should get something like the Queen Victoria Memorial at the end of The Mall in front of Buckingham Palace which was unveiled in 1911, ten years after Victoria's death.
