Queen Camilla has conferred city status on the Isle of Man capital Douglas.
The Isle of Man is not part of the UK but is a British Crown Dependency in the Irish Sea between England and Northern Ireland.
With a population of 84,000 the island depends on Britain for its defence and the King is known as the Lord of Man on the island. The island's Parliament - the Tynwald - claims to be the oldest continuous parliament in the world.
