Polls close in the biggest primary night of 2018
Polls are now closed in all eight states, and all eyes are on California.
The Golden State has what's commonly known as a "jungle primary," meaning the top two candidates will advance to the general election in November regardless of party.
Democrats in California are concerned that their candidates might get locked out of races that are key to their chances of retaking the US House majority in November.
