hi, i'm new to this site and i was wondering if anyone could help me. i just purshased a siemens s65 unlocked and i can't find the cingular wireless internet settings and mms setting anywhere. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!

Are you using the phones in Canada or US?
If you are looking for Cingular settings you're better off to call them directly.

This may sound stupid but I have seen the term "unlocked" more than once. What does it mean? That you can use your cell phone with any carrier? Thanks.

Example, Rogers phones comes locked. that's mean the phone will not accept other sim than Rogers.

Once it's unlocked, you can use the phone with any GSM provider you want.
