Paris Saint-Germain are European Champions for the first time after winning the 70th European Cup/Champions League.

They easily defeated Inter Milan in the Final in Munich to become only the second French club to win the tournament, the most prestigious of European club football - the only other time being Marseille in 1993, which was marred by bribery allegations.

It's also only the third time a French team has won a European trophy, with Paris Saint-Germain winning the Cup Winners' Cup in 1996.
