Paedo rocker Ian Watkins is paying other prisoners for his protection.
Watkins, the former lead singer of Welsh heavy metal band Lostprophets, was found guilty in 2013 of sexually abusing children. For the crimes, he received 29 years in prison and he is currently serving in HMP Wakefield in Yorkshire.
However, despite being less than halfway through his sentence, he is paying other prisoners to protect him from other prisoners. Why? Because he was severely stabbed and beaten by some other prisoners. After being treated in hospital he was sent back to HMP Wakefield - "Monsters' Mansion" - and back to the fellas who attacked him.
So for all those who think serial killer nurse Lucy Letby should be executed rather than spend the rest of her life in prison, remember this: Her spending the rest of her life in jail is a worse punishment than death.
