Said to be as large as a castle and more ferocious than the name suggests, the Wicked Wyvern is the legendary two-legged, bat-winged beast with an arrow-like barb on its tail. Its frightening presence has stalked Dorset for centuries.

So feared is this legend, that it has proudly adorned the heraldry of local regiments since the kingdom of Wessex.

I'm just going to have some of these, washed down with my beer. Just fry the desired amount in a frying pan for a few minutes and eat them whole, including tail and head.

Yumptious Scrumptious. Just coat them in flour and fry them and eat the whole lot whole.

Whitebait is so popular in Britain that it was once tradition, whenever the Parliamentary season closed, for MPs to go down to the banks of the Thames at Greenwich and feast on whitebait.
