I am very lucky, it would seem. No one ever "bothered" me when I was young of either gender. I had no idea that such things happened until I was a lot older and I am continuously shocked at what a high percentage of the population have been assaulted in some way or other. My up-bringing was peaceful and innocent.

I have a feeling you're one of the smarter ones.

One thing that keeps shocking me is when I read stories of fathers who are unfazed by an attractive woman having sexually abused his own son thinking that it won't negatively impact his son in any way or even defending her in court. I remember reading one such case in the UK in which the father defended his son's babysitter and the idiot judge went along with it.

In such a culture, especially if the boy is straight and the woman attractive, I can imagine that few boys will speak out or, if it's found out, will pretend that they enjoyed it out of a fear of facing ridicule. I personally find it sick how our culture can be so accepting of attractive women having sex with young heterosexual boys thinking that the boy will necessarily enjoy it and that it will not damage his sense of boundaries in any way. Many of these boys, once they become men, often will turn to different addictions to deal with it.
