You mean like fornication?

That would actually streamline the system. Instead of needing to prove that the accused paid for sex, we'd need only prove that he fornicated. Somewhat easier to prove.

Also, if we can't prove sexual assault, we could at least fine him for fornication. Again, easier to prove. Plus the money that would come from this could hire more judges.

Legalize and regulate drugs too, but prohibit most advertising of drugs. That too would help to streamline the system at least somewhat.

And just a correction. I never proposed criminalizing sex. A distinction exists between sex generally and fornication specifically.

Also, few fornicators would have a problem with the criminalization of fornication if they're discrete about it. Don't do it in a public park, in front of a camera, in a bawdy house, or through coercion that could lead a victim to report you.

Do it consensually behind closed doors, and the cops would be none the wiser to it.
