This all happened before in the fall of 1973.

That go-round Canada did not match time with the US.

I was working in television at the time, and it certainly raised hob with our schedules. 8O

RE: Ont. Matches US time

I grew up in Saskatchewan. It's the only province smart enough to realise that changing the clocks doesn't change how long the day is. We should cancel the time change all around the world. The sun doesn't give a flying feck what you set your watch to.

RE: Ont. Matches US time

Actually Peace river area of BC and Kootney area of BC don't change either. But Sask will be on Alberta time most of the time. My grandmother mentioned years ago they used to change and time zone was right down middle of province or something.

I say move it 30 minutes and leave it and Sask can decide if they want to be on same time as Alberta or Manitoba.
