Ok..admit it....be honest...any CPAC watchers out there?

I am sitting here typing away on Canadian Content, catching up on stuff i have missed...and watching CPAC in the background as they debate the war in Afghanistan. Sometimes the best debates and arguments come after the big televised question period....lol.

And i find myself occasionally watching other CPAC programs.

Anyone else watch?

I try to watch CPAC as much as I possibly can, which isn't too often.

I try to see at least the leading questions of Question Period every day.

I watch Question Period every day, and I watch other debates and procedings if I happen to be home while the House is sitting (anything, even routine procedings — I find our parliamentary traditions fascinating). For example, I watched the entire electoral process of the Speaker, I watched the Speech from the Throne and the accompanying ceremony before and after, and the statements in the House; I watched the entire first and second days of debate on the speech; and I haven't missed a Question Period since about May of last year.

I watch it when I notice that it is on but I don't feel any compelling need. I would probably watch it more but the immaturity, and rudeness, that our Members of Parliament have taken to is sickening. Its hard to believe that these people are all adults. Question period is the worst of all.

It makes me sad because I want to be an MP debating in the house of commons. so I only watch when something immportant is happening.

I watch CSPAN on occassion when I can, it's the American equivalent to CPAC.

I often watch,both the federal and provincial(Ontario) telecasts of parliamentary happenings.
Sometimes they are very,very funny.....but not necessarily illuminating.Questions get asked, but,for the most part,are not answered...or else are thrown back in the askers' face..i.e. "This government has done more than your government ever did for the fair people of this fine province!!",etc.etc.

I admire Five's fortitude, my stomach isn't strong enough to watch CPAC. I did watch the Somolia Inquiry, all of it.

I used to watch CPAC until my Co-op installed new channels. Good shows. I wish I could watch it again.

I watched part of th Somalia inquiry and found the troops there really did some good work as peacekeepers. They patroled and the locals were happy they did.
