This isn't about Bush or Levant.... Romney will work hard to remind the electorate that the President made the decision to go fund raising at a time when US soil was attacked.
It won't do Obama any good to say that he was so upset that he sliced off the drive and got a double bogey or that he could barely concentrate on the Blackjack tables or enjoy Hoover Dam because he was so distraught.
