Print their own, give the bank 3% for their trouble and the other $97 stays in perpetual circulation unless a dump is needed as newer and more efficient things develop. Cows and such already come perfected so the milking machines might be in line for an update. Stainless is already standard so a electron layer of .999 silver is about the only improvement that could be made and that would eliminate having to make it at home except for drinking water. I hope you aren't under the impression that the 99% can't take care of themselves as well as the 1% can. Must be horrible to know the bigger group can get along with keeping any of the 1% yet the opposite doesn't ever apply. What do you think the 99% will use for money to buy food when the 1% close all the industry down due to lack of interest?
'Lack of interest' would instantly add $750T 'back-interest' to the bank accounts of private individuals. The 1% can still come up with a variety of plans for public projects and the people can decide which make the top of the list, the losers might still be asked submissions for other projects for the Many Hands Building and Removal Ind.
