Hither and yon
A study using students from several US universities was announced on CNN.
The students went back into their old neighborhoods and asked questions about future employment plans.
They guaranteed anonymity to all responders.

The study found that of all people in the USA that are not now working a full 36% had no plans to look for a job or work; ever!
36%.
No plans to ever work.
Stunning, isn’t it?

To break it down.
The idle rich and 1% crowd already feel that they are working (managing their money) and answered that they were employed.
The injured and handicapped pretty much all answered that they planned on working, at least part time, in the future.
Stay at home mom’s, as opposed to welfare mom’s pretty much all answered that they planned to work part time or full time in the future.
People in prison, with the exception of multiple or repeat offenders report that they plan to seek work in the future.

So who then are the non workers?
There are large cohorts of multi generational welfare recipients.
Mom was a single mom with multiple children who never worked.
Mom’s sister was a single mom with multiple children who never worked.
And the children all grow up to be single mom’s on welfare or absentee fathers.

What do you do with people who never plan to work a day in their entire lives?

sterilize them...

I don't know...there are people who are incapable of working even if they wanted to because no employer would hire them for various reasons.

I would like to be one of the idle rich managing my money...

it's a big problem
