I don't care what he is. The current Green Lantern series(including New Guardians, Green Lantern Corps, and Red Lantern) kicks ass. Geoff Johns can't seem to do any wrong!

I hope you do not think i have something against that,its kinda odd,that a few months after they made a GL gay "POOF" he's replaced by a muslim GL.

Never did think that. And the gay Green Lantern is still around. He's in a different universe than the Green Lantern in this series. The other Green Lantern is part of the Earth-2 universe.

Ah ok,the different universe confuses me as much as the plot twists in the daytime soap.

I'm sure the Wiki page would help. The "current" DC universe(comic-wise) consists of 52 different universes, hence the name 'The New 52'.
