Dan Burn topped off a fairytale week for himself by making his England debut tonight in the very stadium he scored Newcastle United's opening goal to help them win their first major trophy since 1969 on Sunday.

However, England's easy win over a very limited side saw 18-year-old Lewis-Skelly score his first international goal and record England scorer Kane finding the back of the net again.

England have not lost a World Cup Qualifier at Wembley since 2000 and the side ranked No4 in the world were highly unlikely to lose at Wembley against the side ranked 65th.

The match was also the German Thomas Tuchel's first as England manager.

The former Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain manager was pleased with his side's performance but hopes they will do better.

Next up for Tuchel and his side is Latvia, also at Wembley, on Monday night.

Eze and James scored their first goals for England and leading England scorer Kane scored again at Wembley as England brushed aside the minnows with ease in what was - surprisingly - the first ever match between the two nations.

The win was no great surprise as England are 4th in the world rankings and Latvia are 140th.

It's two wins out of two games, with no goals conceded and no shots on target against, for England's new German manager Thomas Tuchel.

At times it felt as though England were playing a pub team.
