As I have mentioned several times I have been working with others
on an album of blues and country rock and it was released on line
yesterday afternoon. This project featured musicians from six countries
and was recorded in Spain using live sessions and dropbox
I wrote two songs one entitled Jim Dumas Pony Rider and the other about
a fire chief in California called An't No Lone Ranger

Use to love blues music. Went to blues festivals in the Ozarks a time or two and listened to some good guitarists. Gerry Moss was phenomenal. Best blues musician to me,,,Stevie Ray Vaughn.

started playing guitar when I was 10. Everyone needs a release from mundane and stressful day to day responsibilities. Fishing and playing guitar was my release. I just played for myself. Couple years ago I was cutting some veneer tape for some shelves at work and sliced my left index finger damn near in half. I knew I had severed a nerve because the finger went numb immediately. Now I can't make most of the chords. Just doesn't work anymore. Gave my guitar to my niece, Hopefully she'll enjoy playing as much as I did. Not too many things more soothing than the sound of an acoustic guitar. Feliciano was my favorite.
