Need hepl finding a special friend

Hello i am looking for a person by the name of richard rogers also goes by the nickname monk,
He lived in Reserve Mines cape breton and has now moved to Ontario but i dont know where,Both his parents have died {they lived in dominion} and i cant get in contact with him and really need to speak with him.

If anybody could help i would be very grateful
