NATO approves expanding security force to southern Afghanistan

no word so far about OEF standing down from anywhere but the top. like they'll ever answer to anybody. or about additional NATO troops.

actually to say "add more troops" is a bit misleading.

The troups are being moved from other locations to sourthern Afgahnistan. This is via the order/request of the General in charge down there (I can't remember his name)

so while yes troops are being added to sourthern Afgahnistan, they are not being added to Afgahnistan.

(I keep typing the beginning of "Lebanon" when ever I try and type Afgahnistan. haha)
