Not partial to bigots.
Me either...

“Staff were concerned for the child’s safety and swimming ability as she was moving into deeper water and appeared to be struggling. We have met with staff to reinforce better ways to communicate with our customers and other strategies to ensure safety in the water.”

That sounds like real bigotry ... justified by people smiling when someone's being told "No". How much whining and litigation would be shat by vultures had the kid drowned?

Was that a general comment, or to me? I already said it seems like the pool was within its rights and reasonable to ask them to leave, though I could make a case either way on that, and would if I was getting paid.

That said, it's bad business to be a jerk to customers, as was alleged here. Probably not worth space in the newspaper, I agree, but hey, it's Mississauga.

As far as the antipathy you and some others have shown to suing, I'd love to hear your alternative.

Suing isn't supposed to be frivolous. Unfortunately, it's pushed on TV ads by every ambulance chaser in the biz

Not a lawyer ... that's for sure. When it comes to vexatious litigants, ask Da Judge....
So you would put the decision of who may and who may not sue into the hands of non-lawyers. Interesting.

We did that here in a lot of places, and mostly they decided black people couldn't sue.

Hope you can reach a better outcome.

Would you put the decision of who may eat and who may not eat into the hands of gluttons? Lawyers would launch litigation because the sun shines into a bedroom window - irrespective if it's within reason. Now, if you're going to imply what you want me to say, you may as well carry on your conversation solo

I didn't have any choice. I asked you questions, you answered with non-answers. I had to fill in as best I could.

Have a real good day now, hear?

Naw ... you did your "lawyer" gambit in vain attempt to make the interrogated appear stupid ... and as usual, it backfired.

My day's going well. Tomorrow's to be hot as Hell....

Well, I certainly can't claim the experience you have with unpleasant odors, but I do have enough reading comprehension skills to understand that the pool management admitted they were treated badly.

You go back to sniffing things now, hear? It's what you're good at.

Yes and I'm sure the cock sure student life guards felt very superior the entire time.

If the Dyke-bitch says we're racist we must be racist.

Really? Well you certainly couldn't prove her wrong.
