It was the police who were inciting violence here, something you don't want to accept. Same as Day who is using the same crap argument that you are. The police weren't infiltrating a political organization, they were trying to incite a peaceful protest into attacking a police line.

Police infiltrate criminal gangs, and commit crimes with those gangs, otherwise, the members of the gang will be suspicious of the undercover member. That is very simple and common police procedure.

I haven't seen anything so far that contradicts what the police are saying. If, however, the police did infiltrate the group with intent to create violence in an attempt to make peaceful demonstrators look bad, then there should be consequences for the police. I suppose we'll have an inquiry or at least an investigation.

But I'll wait until the conclusion comes out. You'll have to excuse me if I'm skeptical about someone telling me, with certainty, the events of the day, who also morally equates a tactical electoral ploy to increase the number of democratically elected members in the Canadian parliament by a few dozen with the genocidal slaughter of 6 million Jews, the deaths of 30 million others and total global war.

who is resisting the inquiry?

I suggest that whomever is resisting the inquiry into the Agent Provocateur tactic is likely the guilty party. That would be Stockwell Day!!!!

The evidence is the video - didn't you see that the protesters were making sure than nobody throws rocks? Stockwell Day is lying about it too - saying protesters GAVE the police those rocks. I used to tell my Mom that the pot belonged to a friend, but that didn't fool her either.

quotes:
- the Canadian Union of Public Employees is demanding an independent, public inquiry into the actions of the Quebec provincial police.

- New Democrat Party MP’s Peter Julian and Libby Davies are calling on the federal government to hold a public inquiry into the allegations.

- Public Security Minister Stockwell Day continued to brush off questions about a call for a public inquiry.

What the hell are you babbling about, this was a peaceful protest. The only ones acting with violent intent were the undercover cops. You're so full of BS there's no point in talking to you.
