They follow the same accounting procedures as Filmon did, tibear.

The tax cut is about as large as anything the Conservatives have handed out in other provinces and way bigger than anything the Conservatives ever gave here.

More than that, the NDP gave the biggest break on the education tax and most of that will go to farmers. You know as well as I do that farmers here don't vote NDP and aren't going to change because of that tax cut. The NDP gave them a tax cut because it would have the most economic impact and the farmers needed it most.
