DOUGLASS TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) -- A man facing child abuse charges used a combination of over-the-counter pain medication and carbon monoxide gas from his pickup truck to kill his new wife, his 9-year-old son and himself, authorities said Wednesday. A suicide note left by Oliver Wayne Braman, 46, indicated that his wife, Nancy Elaine Kaczor-Braman, was a "willing" participant, Montcalm County sheriff's Detective Lt. Joe Patino said. The note is believed to have been written Sunday, he said.
