I don't watch because I'm squeamish. I can't even really watch the fake Hollywood stuff without closing my eyes, lol.

I'm Ok with gore, it isn't my thing though. SIFI horror doesn't even phase me. Movies depicting mans depravity towards man, bother me. I don't generally watch them.

It all depends on the movie for me. I agree that depravity isn't enjoyable to watch, still I sometimes think that we should challenge ourselves through 'art'. Watch a film or read a book with disturbing or challenging subject matter. Keeping in mind of course that it isn't just being presented in a sensationalistic kind of way. Granted those are few and far between.

I've seen quite a few beheadings and execution vids from Chechclear to the Mexican cartel chainsaw incident. Not boasting, just reality.

Most people will not watch and I'll bet most news outlets haven't. This Luka vid does not show him killing anyone. It does not actually show cannibalism either. Implied, sure. I don't defend this sicko. It's simply that so-called 'reporting' seems nothing more than assumption and parroting other 'media' reports.

There are many many edits. By 1:03 the man has already died. Could have initially been an overdose, rough sex gone bad and Luka panicked or perhaps he was even murdered but we don't see it.

There is plenty of indignity to the dead body, random knife cuts and slashes and yes, the dismemberment. Then letting his pet at the corpse. The only real sound was a couple of sneezes off-camera towards the end. We never get a good look at the perps face. Whoever it was (likely Luka), it took quite awhile to film this. The entire murder scenario had been postulated (premeditated) online in several Luka alias posts and vids.

The rest of the video if ever found will answer other questions. Magnotta implied he uploaded it to Tor and I'm sure plenty of e-sleuths are scouring the deep web for it.

I think I read (there are so many articles on various forums about this) that authorities were tipped toward this video and it was either dismissed as fake (which to me means it wasn't really viewed) or a hoax or irrelevant to the case. The internet community was way ahead of police in sussing out clues to the kitten killing vids and this one.

It's ironic now that one of the sites that hosted it (Bestgore) has become the target of some legal busybody do-gooder who wants to prosecute them for obscene material or some crap. If it hadn't made the rounds (likely begun by Luka himself as he's an attention whoar), there'd be very few clues to go by.
