GM is really good about that. I know a farmer in Saskatchewan who trashed his transmission...are you ready for this...trying to pull his 4 wheel drive tractor out of the mud! This is one of those huge John Deere tractors and he was trying to pull it out with his pick-up truck.
It was clearly abuse and everybody in town new about it. The guy didn't even ask for it to be under warranty, but GM replaced it under warranty. I don't know what one of those 6 speed Allison transmissions is worth, but I know it's pricey. They just installed a new one for him and sent him on his way.

I personally have my eye on the F 250 for my next truck.... I also dont mind the Chev Silverado.

It all depends on what your looking for in a truck ,If your looking for a nice ride and comfort I've found Chevy beats the other 2 hands down .If your looking for reliablity the Dodges are good so are the Chevys the Fords ah no .A good friend has on 05 extened cab Ford and its been in the shop for 4 fairly major repairs .If your looking for best price you'll probably find it at Ford .The new Fords have the same old problem wht the hell can't they put good brakes on ther vehicles :?

Drove from and to Montreal several times with my vehicle. Also made several trips to Calfornia and New Mexico for camping. A couple of trips to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. So yup, I did indeed see a good portion of the country.

Not that I even believe you own that, but that's a feckin' girly truck. You aspire to that kind of crap? Have you ever done an hoest day's work in your fourteen year old life?
What the hell is with the knobby tires? Have you ever been on even dirt? Good gravel, maybe? I doubt it. And what the feck is with that suspension? Is it broken or are you stupid? When it's empty a real truck is higher in the back than in the front. And what's up with that shiny paint job? Jesus Christ, to take the name of your god in vain, I know homosexual communists who have trucks that show more sign of actually being used.

Firstly Rev, vehicles equipped with reinforced suspension for off-roading have the front suspension higher in the front for the wheel clearance. Secondly, yes, I have been off-roading many times (not that you know anything about the activity). You've probably never even used a winch before. Thirdly, why on earth am I explaning this to you when it will go in one ear and out the other. No sense erasing it now....
