No more Mr. Nice Guy for North Korea’s tubby tyrant Kim Jong-un.

The doughy despot has issued new edicts about what his impoverished people can wear and what kind of haircuts they’re allowed.

Sounding like a liberal arts college campus in a frenzy, media in the Hermit Kingdom are fretting that the West’s “exotic and decadent lifestyle” could force the country to fall “like a damp wall.”

So, Kim’s cadres have drawn up a hit list of the verboten: “Non-socialist” fashion statements like mullets, lipstick, dyed hair and tight jeans have been outlawed.

In December, the roly-poly rogue said repeat offenders would be sent to labour camps.

Party newspaper Rodong Sinmun wrote in an editorial: “History teaches us a crucial lesson that a country can become vulnerable and eventually collapse like a damp wall regardless of its economic and defence power if we do not hold on to our own lifestyle.”

Too many youths, the paper posited, are being enticed by capitalism’s call.

“We must be wary of even the slightest sign of the capitalistic lifestyle and fight to get rid of them,” it added.

The North Korean ruler has outlawed long or spiked hair similar to that of the 1980s’ cut given new life by pop star Billie Eilish. Copy that look and it’s off to the barbers for you.

Happily, men and woman are each given a choice of 15 alternative haircuts – all very similar.

Unauthorized haircuts are just another insidious part of the “yellow wind of capitalism” and labelled “anti-socialist behaviour.”

The mullet is also banned in Iran.
