Had Obama paid a little more attention to the mess in Iraq, Isis would not have made the gains it did.

Obama is not the president of Iraq. Fuad Masum is and he has been given over one trillion dollars to solve his problems. To call Obama a wussy and blame him in any way is out of order when you consider how much money and lives have been invested in that war effort.
