Japan and China are both deeply concerned about a possible North Korean nuclear test and promised to cooperate in persuading Pyongyang to stand down, a Japanese official said.
China is concerned? I doubt that. The country is virtually immune to anything that might resemble a normal thought process. There isn't a scintilla of concern over Iran's nuclear ambitions.
