I know that we are not openly hostile with North Korea...diplomatic relations...what country does have them with North Korea? I was just making a point, the country I wanted to most enforce was cuba...Great place to get a tan

2) as soon as the lady/gent on the other end tells where they are calling from, tell them to hang on a second, cover the phone, then come back and say "I am legally obligated to tell you that this call is being recorded..." most call centres have a policy that their phone-jockeys are to disconnect the call at this point.
